PRIVACY POLICY

Account details you provide (name, email, phone, password stored only as a one-way hash), your candidate profile (contact, education, experience, skills, preferences), documents you upload (resume, photo, certificates), your applications and their statuses, and basic audit records of administrative actions. We do not collect payment details — applying is free.

To create your account, let you apply to openings, let reviewers evaluate applications, and keep the service secure (login records, rate limiting). Your phone number and email are used for account and application updates only.

• You — everything, anytime, from your dashboard.
• Udaymarg reviewers — your profile snapshot, resume, and answers for listings you applied to.
• Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, and resumes are never in public storage — every download is access-checked.

Edit or delete profile entries and documents anytime from your dashboard. Withdrawing an application stops its consideration. To correct or delete your account and data entirely, write to info@udaymarg.com and we will act within 7 business days.

Passwords are one-way hashed, sessions are HttpOnly and revocable by logout, file uploads are type- and size-checked, and administrative actions are audit-logged. No system is perfect — report concerns to info@udaymarg.com and we will respond within one business day.
